Others are designed to make you feel something. When we were asked to design and develop the new website for **Lido Jersey**, we knew this wasn't just another hospitality project. Located on the iconic seafront at **Havre des Pas, Jersey**, the Lido has become one of the Island's best-loved destinations, welcoming locals and visitors alike for beachfront dining, weddings, private events and unforgettable summer evenings. Our challenge was to create a website that captured everything people love about the venue while providing a flexible digital platform that could grow alongside the business. [](#)[](#)[](#)[](#) *Video by Bam Perspectives* ### Designing around one of Jersey's most iconic seafront destinations The location does much of the talking, so we let it become the hero of the website. From the outset, we wanted the design to reflect the relaxed atmosphere of the Jersey coastline while showcasing everything the Lido has to offer. Large-format photography, cinematic drone footage and immersive imagery immediately place visitors at Havre des Pas, creating a genuine sense of place before they've even stepped through the door. To bring personality to the experience, we introduced playful design elements throughout the site, including polaroid-style image galleries, beautifully presented food and drinks menus, elegant wedding photography and spacious layouts that allow the visuals to shine. The result is a website that feels warm, welcoming and unmistakably Jersey. ![Lido Jersey Mock up 2](https://www.ipopdigital.com/transforms/3972b2c61f7bef5d232e92455772fa4c/6310/Lido-Jersey-Mock-up-2_0ecaab96a79c266f4e442dc02319c508.webp) ### Built for diners, weddings and events Lido Jersey offers far more than exceptional food. From casual breakfasts overlooking the sea to weddings, celebrations, corporate functions and private hire, the website needed to guide visitors seamlessly through every part of the business. Clear navigation, intuitive user journeys and strategically positioned calls to action make it easy to browse menus, enquire about weddings, discover upcoming events or simply book a table. By carefully considering the user experience, we've created a website that works just as hard behind the scenes as it does visually. ### Future-ready development in Craft CMS 5 Behind every great website is a platform built for longevity. The new Lido Jersey website was developed using **Craft CMS 5**, giving the team complete flexibility to manage content in-house while ensuring the platform can grow alongside the business. Using modular content blocks, the team can easily update seasonal menus, add new galleries, publish events, showcase weddings and introduce new features without requiring additional development. As with every website we build at iPOP, SEO has been considered from day one. Combined with fast loading speeds, responsive layouts and clean development, the platform provides strong foundations for improved visibility across search engines while delivering an exceptional experience across desktop, tablet and mobile. ![Lido Jersey Mock up 6](https://www.ipopdigital.com/transforms/3972b2c61f7bef5d232e92455772fa4c/6309/Lido-Jersey-Mock-up-6_0ecaab96a79c266f4e442dc02319c508.webp) ### Designed to grow with Jersey's hospitality industry Hospitality businesses are constantly evolving, and websites should evolve with them. Whether introducing new dining experiences, expanding private event offerings or showcasing seasonal promotions, the Lido now has a flexible platform capable of adapting to future opportunities. Rather than simply designing a beautiful website, we created a long-term digital solution that supports growth while remaining true to the personality of one of Jersey's most iconic hospitality venues. ### More than a website At iPOP Digital, we believe great web design should tell a story. For Lido Jersey, that story is one of great food, coastal living and unforgettable experiences on the shores of Havre des Pas. By combining thoughtful design, engaging content and future-ready development in Craft CMS 5, we've created a website that reflects everything visitors love about this iconic Jersey destination.
