Before tackling the website, we revisited Island Home Care’s brand identity. The goal was to modernise their look while keeping the heart of their service front and centre. We introduced a fresh, contemporary colour palette, friendly typography, and a refined logo that reflects both professionalism and warmth. The result is a brand that feels approachable, confident, and deeply aligned with their values.
Once the rebrand was complete, we moved into a full UX discovery phase. Every element of the new website was designed to make life easier for clients, families, and future employees. Clear navigation, dedicated service pages, and an easy-to-find careers section ensure visitors can access information effortlessly. We also enhanced the Meet the Team page, helping clients put faces to names and reinforcing trust from the very first click.
Under the hood, the site is built in Craft CMS 5 for exceptional performance and ease of use. With fast load times, responsive design, and built-in SEO best practices, the website is accessible and search-ready. Flexible content blocks allow the Island Home Care team to update content independently, while a simple, secure contact form makes enquiries about care or careers effortless.
