99% of the hundreds of websites built and managed at iPOP are developed in Craft CMS and use SEO Matic and Retour to manage many aspects of on page SEO and website redirects. iPOP also builds websites using other platforms such as Wordpress, Shopify and other bespoke backend platforms.
Tools our digital marketers frequently use are SEO Matic, Retour, Sprout Social, Screaming Frog, Moz, SEM Rush, GSC, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Forms (for surveys) and Google Data Studio.
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of local and global client accounts as part of a multi-skilled team. The ideal candidate will be a pro with web analytics, digital marketing auditing, search engine optimisation, monthly client reporting, and supporting the setup and management of digital marketing campaigns, including search, social, email marketing & search engine optimisation (SEO).
The successful candidate will also be expected to take the lead on client progress meetings, oversee client communications (telephone and email), as well as support the coordination of projects, campaigns, retainers and client support.
Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, maintaining budget spreadsheets and spend as well as providing performance projections.
Organic social - Creating social posts for clients and iPOP planned social activity.
Setting up Google Analytics accounts for new websites and managing and reporting on retainer clients' campaign performance. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager to set up events, goals and custom reports.
Assisting with setting up proposals for digital marketing clients and being able to create realistic costings based on hours per task.
Supporting the project delivery team, designers and developers with the daily management of client accounts.
Produce reports and audits for clients and prospective clients, to help provide meaningful, actionable insights for clients.
Support clients by creating paid search and display marketing campaigns (Google, Bing and more).
Conduct keyword research, technical SEO auditing, on-site and off-site optimisation initiatives and be able to prepare them for client review.
Paid social campaign planning, setup and campaign management inc. but not limited to Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Email marketing campaign planning, coordination, setup and management of client communications across a range of platforms.
The digital marketing lead will be expected to support the team with the monitoring and management of weekly and monthly resource schedules; ensuring client deadlines are met on time and at the agreed budget.
The successful candidate will also support the coordination, setup and delivery of digital marketing retainer activities by working closely with the creative and web teams to set up and coordinate the delivery of tasks.
Contribute and get involved with pitching your skills and iPOP to new clients.
Partake in training and skills development to keep knowledge and skills current and to ensure that you are always recommending a best practice approach to clients.
Project management and timesheeting using iPOP’s preferred tool (Currently Zoho)
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
Content Management systems
Website analytics platforms - Google Analytics
Dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio
Owned channel reporting platforms such as Facebook Ads Reporting, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads
Search analytics tools GSC and Keyword Planner tools
Basic HTML and CSS
Marketing degree or equivalent CIM qualification
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
Google Ads Qualifications
