Studio Coordinator

Our new Studio Coordinator will provide first class support to our lead creative and development managers and their associated project teams. This will enable them to run efficient and well-organised deliverables – which involves project coordination, time-line management and document control.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external project meetings, coordinating design & project reviews, supporting with regular audits by ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date and being the first point of contact with clients.

Other core responsibilities will include:

  • Integral to client meeting
  • Being the first point of contact for all design requests and enquiries and act as a lynch pin between the team and the client
  • Have an ability to create project timelines, milestones and deadlines
  • Act as key point of contact for requests or on-going queries regarding projects and make sure they are effectively resolved
  • Coordinate work in progress data, ensuring wider teams have full visibility on the status of product passing through the studio cycle
  • Assisting designers and developers in project related matters at times when necessary
  • Supporting the Directors and assisting in office tasks and duties
  • Organising staff get-togethers/events such as meetings and seasonal parties, including maintaining relevant expenditure records
  • Health & Safety arrangements for the office

About you

  • Highly organised – you will thrive off making sure everything runs smoothly and more than happy juggling a few plates at the same time
  • A great team player who is happy to talk to everyone across different seniority levels
  • Calm under pressure
  • Excellent prioritisation skills (comes in handy when juggling those plates)
  • It would be a big plus if you have come from a similar background, although it is not essential and we understand that people have transferable skills
